Mockingtrail Square will be Cleveland’s first planned unit development. Mockingtrail Square will contain 50 lots available for sale. The subdivision has been designed to have a neighborhood feel. The homes have been pulled close to the street to have a sense of community. Portions of the street have brick pavers to enhance the unique feel of the subdivision. The subdivision is located adjacent to Cleveland Country Club Golf Course and also adjacent to the Delta State Athletic fields. One can access these amenities via two pedestrian / golf cart bridges.
Five different house plans have been developed for the subdivision and are available for clients that do not wish to design their own home. All floorplans offer attached garages, high ceilings, and open and inviting layouts with private outdoor areas. The plans that were developed have been architecturally designed to model the upscale environment of Florida’s scenic 30A area.
